Really comfy and nicely upgraded place here. the staff member I interacted with was super friendly and made me feel welcomed 😊. the food served was excellent too.

The hotel has amazing, courteous staff and offers above-average breakfast options. the rooms are quiet, immaculate, and come equipped with useful amenities like a microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. the location is great, especially for those visiting the industrialized area or participating in events at Mill Mountain Star or the nearby softball tournament. Additionally, guests can enjoy beautiful mountain views and a heated pool during their stay.

My trip to Roanoke was a very good experience thanks to this hip new hotel. the brand-new and nicely furnished room with a hot tub, comfy beds, and 2 TV sets made my stay enjoyable. the hotel's central location near restaurants was convenient.

Location: the hotel was not far from which was under construction, and mountains and the mill mountain star. The breakfasts were particularly good with biscuits, yogurts, fluffy eggs & bacon. The service was amazing and the pool was heated.

Room was really nice with a comfy king-size bed and two big TVs, which was cool. the breakfast options were solid, better than the usual hotel spread, and everything was made fresh. 🍳

The staff I encountered were amazingly great. The room was quiet with 2 TV sets and a king bed. I felt safe in this hotel. I was offered a reasonably good and nice hot breakfast with yogurts and juices.

Overall, we had a great experience at this place. We only used our suite for sleeping, but we really enjoyed it. 😊

The beds were soft and comfortable. The rooms were clean and excellent. The staff was kind. The hotel is located in a great area near hiking trails and historic downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel. Favourable and unbeatable location in a park-like setting met our needs perfectly. the hotel is right by Valley View Mall, a freight train , and a restaurant. We had a fairly quiet room with two TVs.

They offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms with comfortable beds and coffee. the service was good. - Perfect central location close to downtown and a big park, as well as the industrialized area and the Mill Mountain Star.

The hotel was newly remodeled and overlooked the mountains. My room was a nice size and brand new, equipped with a microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. the property is in a safe area and located in a quiet neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from Maher Field.

In this place, the staff were super friendly and really cared about their guests, which was nice. the room had a king bed and two TVs, which was a cool setup. the only downside was that the cleaning and towel changes weren't done daily. 😕
