Exceptionally comfortable and upgraded hotel with nice team with the staff member who was friendly. Plenty of excellent food.

Upgraded hotel with views of mountain and amazingly great and courteous staff. Above average breakfast, quiet and immaculate room. A microwave, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities — very useful. Great location to an industrialized area, heated pool. Based just off the Mill Mountain Star, and a softball tournament.

It made my trip to Roanoke a VERY VERY GOOD experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this hip new hotel and stayed for 1 night here. Everything was nice, yet a few employees were not very friendly. I've had brand-new and nicely furnished room with a Hot Tub, comfy beds and 2 TV sets. The venue had a central setting near restaurants.

I booked nicely furnished and brand-new room with a king bed and 2 TVs, for instance. Had good choice of options for breakfast, it was above average and freshly cooked.

The staff I encountered were amazingly great. The room was quiet with 2 TV sets and a king bed, as for instance, I felt safe in this hotel. I was offered a reasonably good and nice hot breakfast with yogurts and juices, as for instance.

Everything about this brand-new hotel was great. We only slept at the suite, but thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with comfy beds, coffee; everyone is welcome here. The service here was good. Absolutely perfect central location right by downtown and a big park, adjacent to an industrialized area and the Mill Mountain Star.

The hotel was newly remodelled and overlooked mountain. My room was a nice size and brand-new and included a microwave, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. It was in a quiet location extremely close to Maher Field. The property was in a safe area.

I had such a pleasant stay at the hotel! The young man at the check-in desk was very accommodating and gave us a complimentary pass for breakfast. The buffet had a wide selection and the food was delicious. We also had a late departure, so we could enjoy the heated pool and exercise room. The staff was incredibly friendly and the facility was clean and spacious. It was the perfect place to rest after exploring Skyline Drive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
